What is a Unique ID (UID)?

The Unique ID (UID) is an 8-12 digit number used to identify your loan. If you received a letter, it can be found in the top/bottom right hand corner.

How do I upload documents?

When logged in, you can upload new insurance policy documents on the main page. To upload your document, drag the documents into the Drag and Drop section of the form or select "click here" to search for the document and select the document to upload.

Issues submitting documents?

If you are manually entering information, please confirm that all required information is included before submitting. If you are uploading a document please make sure your document is in the correct format (.jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif, .tiff) and PDF (.pdf) file extensions can be uploaded, and the file name cannot contain any special characters. Please make sure that all files are less than a total of 10MB.

What are my auto insurance requirements?

Your insurance declarations page must include: Insurance Co. Name & Policy Number, Make, Model, full VIN, Lien Holder name, Comprehensive & Collision Deductibles. ID cards are not acceptable.

What are my mortgage insurance requirements?

Your insurance declarations page must include: Insurance Co. Name, Property Address, Carrier, Effective Dates, Policy Type, Policy Number, Full Term Premium (if applicable), Mortgagee Clause, Name and Number of Insurance Agent.

Is there a confirmation of document submission?

If you submitted an insurance document online please allow 5 business days to process. Come back and visit us after this timeframe to check on your status.

How do I check on my insurance status?

When logged in, your insurance status is displayed centered at the top of the window. If you have recently submitted documents to update your status, please allow 5 business days for processing.

Why was my previous insurance submission not accepted?

We appreciate you providing proof of insurance; however, our records show the insurance information provided does not meet our requirements. To ensure that we have the most current insurance on file, please upload your insurance policy or manually enter the information by selecting one of the two options on the main page when logged in. Please allow 5 business days to update.
